Deep Cleaning is recommended when a home needs more time and attention than regular maintenance cleaning.

• For many first-time customers before recurring service begins
• When the home has not been professionally cleaned recently
• When there is heavier buildup in high-use areas
• When kitchens, bathrooms, baseboards, or overlooked areas need additional attention

If our team arrives and determines that your home requires Deep Cleaning to meet our cleaning standards, we will discuss the recommended service with you before additional work is performed or additional charges are applied.

These conditions may require a Deep Cleaning service and, depending on the surface and severity of the buildup, cannot always be completely removed.

Yes. The home should be completely empty of furniture so our cleaners can properly access the areas included in this service. We do not move furniture or large items during cleaning.

Before your appointment, the property should be free of:

• Furniture and large items
• Clothing
• Personal belongings
• Dishes
• Trash

This allows our cleaners to focus on the cleaning itself and reach the accessible areas throughout the property.

Yes. The Move-In / Move-Out checklist includes cleaning the inside and outside of the oven and refrigerator.

Yes. Available add-ons may vary depending on your selected cleaning service. Options may include:

• Inside refrigerator

• Interior windows
• Inside closets
• Garage sweep
• Basement cleaning
• Shed or pool house cleaning
